Seoul National Cemetery, a piece of South Korea history

One of the best places to visit in Seoul is its National Cemetery. Located near Dongiak station is home to the 165.000 soldiers who lost their lives in the Korean and Vietnam War.

The place is enormous and the landscape impressive. The tombs are lined perfectly creating symmetric pictures. Walking through them makes you know a bit better the Korean personality.  The solemnity of the place, the nature, the calm, the little river. One piece of Korean history and a perfect morning walking.

In mid April there is the Cherry Blossom Festival but is in Autumn when it looks more beautiful, with all the trees changing their leaves and making a chromatic perfect picture.
